The following two pitiful photos should suffice, despite their gross inadequacies, to document the Cape May warbler(s) that are so zestfully defending a bottle-brush tree in the San Antonio church yard. This morning I was close enough to almost touch one of them, and I am much confirmed in my suspicions that they are indeed Cape Mays. I heard no vocalisations, by the way, from this “very rare migrant” (Birds of Costa Rica, Garrigues & Dean). Note the new Latin name Setophaga tigrina, instead of Dendroica tigrina.
If anyone has any doubts, speak now or forever hold your peace!
did you take those photos?!

The ones of poor quality are mine! I admit it.
